the lotus eaters offered a lotus flower among other tropical fruits and their appeal nearly halted the ithicans in their travels so happily indulgent had they become. search your sense of taste through your travels and tell us what made them sing in desire of overindulgence

why would we want them to do this - to share beautiful culinary skills across our travellers, gets them thinking outside of their normal routines

Polyphemus

"what was your favourite group activity"

a small band of soldiers got trapped inthe cave of a cyclopes, polyphemus, and had to work together in order to escape this terrible brute.

why would we do this - to get people involved in activities found across the country. inspire people to be less isolated adn to connect more with those around them

Circe

"what was your best dress up outfit"

circe trciked half of odysseus' crew and through use of magic, turned the men into pigs. We love a good dress up event at kronos. what was your favourite outfit of the trip?

why would we do this? we love a dress up, any excuse to raid some op shops for a crazy outfit that makes you ewscpae some of your comfort xzones

underworld 

"what was your favourite spiritual experience from your trip"

When odysseus communed with the underworld in order to get home, he was forced to face many spirits that brought both hope and sadness to him.

why would we do this? to make peopel thin k more introspectively, you dont need religion to have spirituality or faith in something othre than yourself so lets get people pondering this more

sirens

"what was the best live music that you saw on your travels"

lets promote our lovely local bands all around aotearoa. the siresn were said to have such an enticing song that sailers would break their ships to pieces sailing for these false promises or simply jump ship and swim to their doom. what msuic inspired you during your trip

why would we do this? music is one of the most beautiful languages that we share across our world. its even greater being viewed in person. we live to much through our shazams these days, only accepting the music we love in a moment rather than appreciating music for what we dont expect it to be

"what was the greatest mountain that you climbed on your travels"

the laestrogenairs where gigantic humanoids who, perched atop great hills, threw boulders down upon the unsuspecting ithicans

why would we do this? hiking is one of the easiest and greatest ways to escape the usual busttle of life so get out in nature and clean your minds and find the beauty of travellling on just your two feet

during odysseus' travels he had many a clash with the earthshaker. what was your most unique experience with nature on your travels

do we want to push it further and ahve them discribe how they aided nature in their tarvels

why would we do this? make people more appeciative of mother nature and the struggles that she is facing every day. how can we each contribute to a healthier balane with our natural world thats far too neglected 

the contest 

"what was your best review that you gave?"

teh contest is a truely famous story and comes with eually well-known artistic adaptations. the suitors, that pursued penelope (odysseus' wife) relentlessly during his years away, each had to attempt to string odysseus' bow and fire an arrow through the head of 12 axe. odysseus being the only man that could. wereupon completion he massacred he other suitors with divine justice for the depravity that they hsd brought to hsi household in his absence

why would we do this? we know how difficult it is for business and dealing with google reviews so if you truly do love a place then heplp them to grow, we all underestimate the value of such a small act so lets isnpire that change

the reunion

finally odysseus, after over 10 years at sea, is reunited with his wife penelope. we would love to see the reunions following your new zealand trip. if you are tarvelling on then find the first person you can in your new location and grab a hilarious reunion photo with them!
