Insurance Options
Every rental with Kronos Adventure Campervan Company includes our basic insurance policy, “She’ll Be Right” — no extra cost, just the essentials to get you on the road.
However, driving in a new country can be challenging and the excess on vehicle damage can be high. That’s why we offer two upgrade options for added peace of mind — “Go On Then” and “Sweet As”. These options reduce or remove your excess completely, giving you more coverage and confidence during your trip.
We also understand the excitement of travel for younger drivers, so we haven’t added an extra daily charge based on age. Instead, an additional excess applies only if an incident occurs: +$500 for drivers under 25 and +$1000 for drivers under 21.
Please note: our insurance covers our vans only. If you’d like cover for personal belongings, we recommend arranging your own travel insurance before your journey.
